On 12 September 2025, the annual meeting of the Steering Committee of the INTOSAI Knowledge Sharing Committee (KSC) was held in Hyderabad, India.

The event gathered representatives of SAIs, leaders of INTOSAI Working Groups, Goal Committees and INTOSAI General Secretariat.

The meeting reviewed the results of INTOSAI Working Groups’ activities for 2024–2025. Nine methodological documents were submitted for approval at the 79th INTOSAI Governing Board meeting (27–28 October 2025, Egypt).

Among the Committee’s priorities for 2026–2028 are:

• Optimization of Working Group activities
• Enhancement of the process for developing professional documents
• Promotion of digital transformation within SAIs

SAI Russia presented a report on the activities of the INTOSAI Working Group on Public Procurement Audit (WGPPA). In 2025, the group’s regulations were updated and three strategic objectives were defined:

• developing unified approaches and risk assessment methods in procurement audit;
• strengthening the group’s role as a platform for experience exchange and partnerships;
• preparing methodological and training materials for auditors.

Future priorities include creating a training course for the U-INTOSAI platform, updating the group’s website, and holding multilateral seminars on experience sharing.

Also SAI Russia outlined the results of the INTOSAI Working Group on SDGs and Key Sustainable Development Indicators (WGSDG KSDI) including the outcomes of the sixth meeting of the Working Group (August 28, 2025, St. Petersburg). Among the priority tasks – Preparation of the Guidance “Sustainable Development: Practical frameworks for SAIs”, the Guidance on the Audit of the Reliability of Macroeconomic Forecasts, Guidance on Evaluation of Energy Transition Mechanisms to Achieve SDG 7 “Affordable and Clean Energy” and SDG 13 “Climate Action” , development of educational courses on the platform of Digital University for the INTOSAI Community (U-INTOSAI) and the expansion of cooperation within INTOSAI on SDG issues.
