According to McKinsey, European organizations lag behind American enterprises by 45-70% in terms of adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Only 25 of the 101 AI models listed in the Stanford AI Index were developed in Europe. At the same time, the active use of AI will bring more than $575 billion to the European economy by 2030, increasing productivity by 3%. A comprehensive approach is needed to realize the technological potential. McKinsey recommends:

• Increasing public and private funding for AI development initiatives, including professional retraining programs
• Reducing administrative barriers to launching new experimental projects
• Raising awareness among enterprises about the benefits of using and the specifics of regulatory regulation of AI.
