Economic growth rates in most countries of the world exceed the pessimistic forecasts for 2022, according to a new McKinsey working report.

Despite high global inflation rates and instability in the energy markets in 2022, global GDP growth was 3.2%, the US economy - 2.1%, the Eurozone - 3.5%.

In 2023, experts expect relatively stable economic growth in the largest developing countries. According to forecasts, India's GDP will increase by 7% in fiscal year 2022-2023, in China - 5.2%. In

November 2022, the volume of world trade decreased by 2.5% compared to the previous month. However, the December 2022 Container Throughput Index showed a recovery in global trade at the end of the year, reaching 124.3 (121.9 in November).

The unemployment rate in most countries remains at a consistently low level: 3.5% in the US, 3.7% in the UK, 6.5% in the Eurozone and 8.1% in Brazil.
