In the framework of the Russia – Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum on July 27-28, 2023, Ms. Galina Izotova, Acting Chair of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, held bilateral meetings with the heads of the delegations of SAIs Angola, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Namibia and Senegal.

The parties agreed to share experiences on issues of mutual interest and to boost cooperation in INTOSAI, ARABOSAI and AFROSAI.

Ms. Galina Izotova invited foreign colleagues to contribute to the University for the INTOSAI Community (U-INTOSAI) and to use the Public Audit Knowledge Repository to study foreign SAIs and international organizations’ experience.

The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation signed cooperation agreements with SAIs Namibia and Senegal. The cooperation agreement with SAI Democratic Republic of the Congo has been signed by the Russian party and will be finalized via diplomatic channels.
