Accenture presented a new working paper on technological development in 2024.

According to experts, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more intelligent, intuitive and flexible. As technology develops, it opens up new production and creative opportunities for humans. According to an Accenture study, AI has the potential to optimize up to 44% of work time across various U.S. industries, boost productivity and boost global GDP by $8 trillion.

Experts identified four key trends in the development of artificial intelligence:

• Personalization – creating tools for searching and working with information in accordance with the needs and functional responsibilities of a person.
• Automation – performing some of the standardized AI functions, creating ecosystems of artificial intelligence agents without or with limited human intervention.
• Creating new spaces of interaction - expanding physical two-dimensional worlds using spatial computing, Metaverse, digital twins and AR/VR technologies.
• Development of bionic technologies based on artificial intelligence.
