As the authors note, good governance is key to ensuring the country's socio-economic development. The effectiveness of government agencies and the quality of services provided largely depends on the quality of data management.

Effectiveness of data management directly influences the political decision-making process. The document contains an overview of successful practices in collecting and analyzing data, regulating state information policy, recommendations for using data to improve internal corporate processes, as well as organizing cooperation and communication between government departments.
